The challenges for knowledge workers in organizations to carry out sustainable organizational development

In the last decades, we have witnessed important changes in production processes due to intensified use of technologies and automation that impact social environmental activities society. This is context which Knowledge Workers are inserted. study aimed analyze these workers’ competencies how they contribute organizations, aiming at their sustainable development. The method used was Systematic Literature Review. Searches were conducted Brazilian databases BDTD, CAPES, SciELO with terms Workers’ competencies; intelligence; collective organizational intelligence, sustainability Portuguese language published between 2018 2022. Three hundred seventy-seven publications found. With application delimiters: date, title, abstract, keywords, only 11 aligned research question read full. From this, 3 (three) categories analysis generated: social/corporate responsibility, development, information management support results this RSL. final consideration knowledge worker can transform data into value-added knowledge. Individual linked company’s values, beliefs, purpose, relates intelligence. work public or private organizations forming workers focused on common good.
